Acceptance of stock shall mean acceptance of all terms and conditions.

Please note that we supply to beauty professionals and beauty students only at wholesale prices. You will need to provide industry identification or a student card prior to your first purchase with us. We hope you understand, as we believe in supporting the salons that support us, and we will therefore not supply direct to the public.  Any Afterpay Completed Orders made without providing details of industry ID, and hence needing to be cancelled, will incur a 5% refund fee – taken at the time of the refund from Afterpay.

Phone orders can be pre-paid by MasterCard or Visa.

A fee of $25 applies to each and every cheque dishonour. The customer will be liable for all charges and costs incurred relating to the recovery of dishonoured cheques or any other failure to pay for the accepted goods.

At the time of order, EFB Salon Supplies will indicate approximate delivery time.

All deliveries will incur packing/freight charges. These are charged out to you at our cost.

We utilise the most economic method of transport available, however on occasion we are unable to ship certain goods through the Postal system, so they will need to go via courier.

Orders over $500 are shipped freight free within Melbourne Metro and $750 for other areas, with the exception of furniture orders.

All goods are dispatched at the customer’s risk.

No returns accepted after 7 days from the receipt of goods without approval.
Returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price of the goods.

Absolutely no returns on sable brushes, and limited return on cosmetics (Unless the stock is faulty).

Please report any discrepancies with 24 hours of receiving your goods.

We reserve the right to correct any Administrative Errors.

Goods remain the property of Absolute Spa PTY LTD (Trading as EFB Salon Supplies) until payment is received and funds cleared.
